10 Ana Spanikopita

Ana Spanikopita is truly one ofBoJackHorseman's most unlikable romantic partners. She hooked up with him to make him feel more confident about winning a major award but in reality, she had no real interest in him.

She dated him in order to build him up and make him feel as though anything was possible -- but she was really only looking out for her own best interests. He started to develop real feelings for her but she was not willing to reciprocate those feelings in the slightest.

9 Emily

Emily is another one of BoJack’s less likable love interests simply for the fact that she went behind Todd Chavez's back to have her one night tryst with BoJack. Granted, she didn’t feel guilty for her behaviors later on but that doesn’t change the fact that she gave into temptation and did something that she knew would hurt Todd’s feelings.

Even though sheand Todd were never going to be an actual couple, due to the fact that he came out as being asexual, she still didn’t need to hook up with BoJack. But to give her a little bit of grace, she is not the only one to blame. BoJack obviously is the one who initiated everything between the two.

8 Heather

Heather is one of the most annoying love interests that BoJack could’ve possibly wasted a second with. She is a nosy reporter who talks way too much and loves to gossip. She has a nose for news and is willing tosend hateful and harmful information into the media in order to further her own career.

In the middle of hooking up with BoJack, he admitted something very personal to her that she most likely would have released into the media if it weren’t for a third-party intervening and squashing the story. That third party was Ana Spanikopita, by the way.

7 Wanda Pierce

Wanda Pierce is a semi likable ex-girlfriend of BoJack horseman. She’s likable because she has a positive outlook on life and prefers to see things in an optimistic way. Unfortunately, she did not mix well with BoJack and his constant need to lean on negative impulses and depression.

She wanted him to perk up and be a happier guy but that just isn’t who he was at the time. At the end of the day, what she really wanted was for BoJack to completely change into a different person than who he was -- and he simply wasn’t ready for it.

6 Sarah Lynn

Sarah Lynn was super likable! Sadly, she passed away after an overdose on illegal substances. What makes it even sadder is that BoJack horseman was actually right next to her when she passed away. Before she overdosed, she and BoJack experienced a super uncomfortable and very inappropriate one-time hookup that definitely should not have happened.

Despite the fact that this hookup should’ve never happened, it doesn’t take away from how likable Sarah Lynn was as a character. She lived a short and tragic life but she was beyond hilarious... her scenes were some of the funnierscenes from the show. and it was not her fault that she was so troubled… She was thrust into the Hollywood industry at a young age and it was hinted throughout the show that she dealt with continual abuse from her mother’s boyfriend when she was growing up.

5 Charlotte Carson

BoJack’s relationship with Charlotte never moved beyond his own fantasies but nevertheless, he daydreamed about what life would be like if he was able to end up with her. He met Charlotte when they were in their 20s and he had genuine feelings for her.

Charlottewas in a relationship with one of his best friends at the time, Herb Kazazz. Although she and Herb didn’t work out, she also didn’t end up pursuing things with BoJack either. She got married to someone else and started a family in a completely different state.

4 Penny Carson

BoJack’s very brief and short relationship with Penny Carson wasBEYONDinappropriate. It was even more inappropriate than his hookup with Sarah Lynn -- which was pretty bad. Penny Carson was only 17 years old when he accompanied her to a high school dance and almost went too far with her at the end of the night. This event almost made it too difficult to remember BoJack's better and more redeemable moments.

The only thing that really stopped them from going any further with the fact that her mother, Charlotte, walked in on them. BoJack should have never done this but it still doesn’t take away from the fact that Penny was a very likable character. Sure, she was just anangsty teenager who was trying to grow up a little too quickly -- but she was actually a nice girl.

3 Princess Carolyn

Princess Carolyn is easily one of the most likable ex-girlfriends of BoJack Horseman but even unrelated to BoJack, she is one of the most likable characters from the entire show. She remained loyal to BoJack regardless of all of the shenanigans he put her through.

Even after they stopped being a couple, she continued to work for him as his agent and always had his back. She is one of the toughest and most dedicated Hollywood agents ever which is something she proved time and time again. The fact that she devoted so much time to BoJack shows that she has an amazing heart.

2 Gina Cazador

BoJack’s relationship with Gina Cazador ended tragically but while they were together, she was a great girlfriend to him. She gave up on the idea of ever settling down in a relationship or finding love because she had been hurt so many times before. When she softened her heart and entered into a relationship with BoJack, she had no idea that it was going to go down such a negative route.

When BoJack choked her out, it left her feeling traumatized. She was genuinely a good person with good intentions when she met BoJack. She cared about BoJack’s well-being before he hurt her.

1 Diane Nguyen

BoJack Horseman had feelings for Diane Nguyen (voiced by Alison Brie) throughout all five seasons of the show but never once did he actually get the chance to be with her. While she was in a relationship with Mr Peanutbutter, BoJack planted a kiss on her lips but she was not interested in reciprocating the affection whatsoever.

Diane remained in BoJack's life as one of his closest friends and most trusted confidantes for years, acting as somewhat of a moral compass. If it were up to BoJack, he would’ve been able to have a real relationship with Diane... but she was never on board for that. She was more interested in preserving her non-romantic friendship with him.
