I'm not sure what has happened to P n P, used to be me and my moms go to when we were in town. yesterday our experience was not good at all. Kevin, the owner is wonderful! not sure of the man's name that did my pedi and mani . pedicure was ok, not wonderfu. my manicure if you can call it that was Terrible. I should have called him on the lack of service but I was so taken aback that I walked out shaking my head. basically he filed my nails, yup that's it! no soak in warm soapy water, no trimming my cuticles, no pushing my cuticles, no hand and arm massage. I like my nails to be buffed rather than polish, he barely did this and then said ok all done. so so so disappointed. also the station wasn't very clean. really in these days of salons having to be super clean...well sorry P n P you have a lot to do before I'll be back. So sad.

service was okay but work was overpriced. asked for acrylics with stars. the stars where all wonky and when i asked them to fix one they just smeared the paint and left it. wasn't worth 60$ or the time

The gentleman that scheduled our appointment was nice, but my pedicure experience was not good. The gal that did my pedicure was very rough while trimming my cuticles, cut bits of my skin off so that it stung when she cleaned them off to polish, and actually left me with an ingrown toenail. The polish was not dry when she put on the top coat and it smudged the polish, and the polish was very lumpy.
