@Ask_Spectrum Is there an outage or issues in 04090? A ton of our channels are out and the internet is shoddy. Our neighbor allegedly spoke to someone and said it would be fixed by 1:30pm today. It’s 6:30 and this has been happening since yesterday. We can’t watch the news.

Patiently awaiting the 3rd service call from Spectrum. Waited a week for a visit between 4 and 5. Going to @Ask_Spectrum last week and having the issue "escalated", was a waste of time. Can't wait to see this magic trick...

@Ask_Spectrum What is the status on resolving the internet outage in the 76048 area? First it was to have been repaired by 1p CT, then by 4:30p CT, now there is no longer any estimate.
