@Ask_Spectrum Is there an outage or issues in 04090? A ton of our channels are out and the internet is shoddy. Our neighbor allegedly spoke to someone and said it would be fixed by 1:30pm today. It’s 6:30 and this has been happening since yesterday. We can’t watch the news.

@schlossax @Ask_Spectrum We’re in the same area code @schlossax .every day at the same time it goes down. Unbelievable. Literally the second it hits 2pm it dies. It’s almost intentional

Patiently awaiting the 3rd service call from Spectrum. Waited a week for a visit between 4 and 5. Going to @Ask_Spectrum last week and having the issue "escalated", was a waste of time. Can't wait to see this magic trick...

@Ask_Spectrum The owner of the house has already contacted customer service directly, the only response he received was “we cannot provide an answer as to when the service will be restored for the Plano area” couldnt even tell us why its down

@CalilyB @Ask_Spectrum Seeing this makes me glad I waited almost 4 weeks for AT&T to install a fiber line to my house instead of opting for spectrum immediately. If you guys can get Google fiber, I highly recommend it. I never had any issues or outages in 2 years.

@hindenbergTTV @GetSpectrum No @WOWCare stop throttling our internet service you **** heads we pay for 600 up and 600 down and were lucky to see 15 up and 10 down. No I do not need to reset the router, and no it doesn't need an update I have to call once a month just to get 30 up and 10 download

@Ask_Spectrum there’s an outage in my area. I’m trying to sign up for the callback service so that I can know when the outage is fixed, but it’s not accepting my phone number. Would someone be able to assist? Also is there a time estimate? Thanks!
