@Ask_Spectrum Oh no, it’s worse than that. When I ordered the service back in July, your agent lied to me. Told me I was required to purchase an Apple TV box because you don’t have cable boxes anymore. After of months of buffering and your feud with @Roku — now I have no service.

i’ve tried to cancel my @GetSpectrum account FOUR TIMES. you can’t do it any other way but calling and every time, i get disconnected before i can talk to a person.don’t EVER get @Ask_Spectrum. they are HORRIBLE!!!

Man, @GetSpectrum sucks. Always charging more for literally zero change in performance/services. Started at $50. It is now $75.If possible, do not go with Spectrum. I know they offer no-contracts, but that also doesn’t lock in their price. It’s worth going elsewhere.
